our story
The concept for Paradox was birthed while hanging out at a club in Chicago
back in early 2001. Since then, many things have changed,
but we've made forward progress in becoming
a church that is "real" for us and our peers. Beyond that, we are now redefining ourselves and joining others to become more than just our little group. We are now becoming Paradox - a network of simple churches.
Below we have links to pages about what is important to us (our values),
where we would like to be in a few years (our vision),
and how we
are going to get tthere (our mission). This has helped
us define who we are. While we feel that there are
many more values and a broader vision for all churches
as a whole, these are the specific areas that we feel
God has led the Paradox network to focus on.
